Welcome to Peaks and Valleys… a blog tracking life’s ups and downs.

Why another blog? First of all, this was not my idea. I was telling my good friend, Rob, that I was having trouble finding a training plan for the Pikes Peak Ascent. He suggested that I blog about the training that I decided on. I liked the idea, but, as I often do, I decided to overdue it and therefore expanded the topic, just a bit, to include anything and everything about life. But, likely, the next year’s posts will focus on the Pikes Peak Ascent training.
