Well it was a Holiday week, which means adjustment and persistence to get any decent workouts in. The weather was also not so helpful this week. I did manage to get 3 out of my 4 planned runs in this week, only missing one of the two short runs. However, the strength training was completely lost this week. I managed to get a great trail run in on Thanksgiving day and thanks to Candi’s support (‘don’t be a wuss!’) I forced myself to run in 30 mph winds on Saturday.
