Week 6 Results

Ugghhh … crappy weather and work got in the way of workouts this week. I managed to get two days on the treadmill. And luckily, on Saturday, we had great weather for the race that Candi and I registered for.  A special thank you to Candi for doing a race on a Saturday morning during Holiday Party season – I really appreciate that!

The race was great, we had beautiful weather, and both of us had good runs. It was nice to have an event to check our progress. These types of events help make sure to keep us on track during long periods of training. They provide motivation to keep working out, and check points to make sure we are making progress. So include some other races on your way to your goal.
